# The Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Rules 1988, Article 11


After Form 28 in Appendix 1 there shall be inserted the following—

DECLARATION AS TO MARITAL STATUS UNDER SECTION 55 OF THE FAMILY LAW ACT 1986
Rule 109
FORM 30
DECLARATION AS TO PARENTAGE UNDER SECTION 56(1)(a) OF THE FAMILY LAW ACT 1986
Rule 109A
FORM 31
DECLARATION AS TO LEGITIMACY OR LEGITIMATION UNDER SECTION 56(1)(b) and (2) OF THE FAMILY LAW ACT 1986
Rule 110
FORM 32
DECLARATION AS TO AN ADOPTION EFFECTED OVERSEAS UNDER SECTION 57 OF THE FAMILY LAW ACT 1986
Rule 110A”.
