# The Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Rules 1988, Article 4


Rule 53(6) shall be amended by substituting for the words “or the Queen’s Proctor” the words “, the Queen’s Proctor or, where a declaration of parentage has been made under section 56(1)(a) of the Act of 1986, the Registrar General”.
