# The Matrimonial Causes (Costs) Rules 1988, Article 22: County court proceedings in divorce registry


Paragraphs 1 to 4 of Schedule 2 to the Act of 1974 and section 74(3) of the Solicitors Act 1974 shall apply to matrimonial proceedings in the divorce registry which are treated as pending in a divorce county court.
