# The Matrimonial Causes Fees (Amendment) Order 1988, Article 2


Article 4 of the Matrimonial Causes Fees Order 1980 shall be amended by substituting, for the words from“(b) a supplementary pension” to“the Family Income Supplements Act 1970,” the words“(b) income support or family credit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986,”.
