Article 2

Section 2(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981, prescribing the maximum number of ordinary judges of the Court of Appeal, as increased by the Maximum Number of Judges Order 1983^f1, shall be amended so as further to increase the maximum number of those judges to 28.
