  "text": "SUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 20th November 2002\nComing into force 21st November 2002\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 20th day of November 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas in accordance with section 2(5) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 2(4) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
