# The Meaford Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2016, Paragraph 15: Emergency Access

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker must not use the existing closed access (marked N-O on the access and rights of way plan) unless and until an emergency access strategy has been submitted to and approved by relevant planning authority, such strategy to include details of—
(a) how the existing closed access is to be secured at all times (save in an emergency event as outlined in (b); and
(b) how and when the existing closed access may be opened in the event of an emergency.
