# The Measuring Container Bottles (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1977, Paragraph 1

In Regulation 2,—
(a) for the definition of “credentials” there shall be substituted the following:
““credentials”, in relation to an inspector, means some duly authenticated document showing that he is authorised to act as an inspector, ”;
and
(b) the definition of “local weights and measures authority” shall be omitted;
(c) after the definition of “production control records” insert—
““UK(NI) indication” means the marking in the form set out in Schedule 1 to Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (UK(NI) Indication) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.”.
