# The Measuring Container Bottles (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1977, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For Regulation 12 there shall be substituted the following:—
“No proceedings for an offence under these Regulations may be instituted except by or on behalf of the Department for the Economy for Northern Ireland.”.
