Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 5(9), 11(1) and (4) and 86(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
