  "text": "FEES AND CHARGES\nMade 1st May 1987\nLaid before Parliament 11th May 1987\nComing into force 1st June 1987\nThe Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
