  "text": "The Alcoholometers and Alcohol Hydrometers (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1977 are hereby amended —\n(a) in regulation 4(1)(a), by omitting the words “the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1980” and substituting therefor the words “the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988”; and\n(b) in regulation 5, by omitting words “Regulations 7 to 11 (which contain provision with respect to the grant, extension and revocation of EEC pattern approval) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1980” and substituting therefor the words “Regulations 8 to 12 (which contain provisions with respect to the grant, extension and revocation of EEC pattern approval) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988”.",
