Regulation 6

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Gas Volume Meters) Regulations 1988^f1 are hereby amended in the Schedule by re-numbering paragraph 9 as paragraph 9(2) and inserting as paragraph 9(1) the following:—

“(1)

In paragraphs 1(1)(a) and 5(2)(a) of Schedule 1, the words “E for Greece, EL for Spain” shall be omitted, and there shall be substituted, in both places where they occur, the words “E for Spain, EL for Greece”.”.
