  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the fees payable in connection with services undertaken by the Department of Trade and Industry under the Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1992 (“the 1992 Regulations”) and other Regulations relating to instruments, for which the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993 (“the 1993 Regulations”) provide. These services include those undertaken in connection with the variation or amendment of approvals granted to, and the periodic inspection of, bodies designated under regulation 9 of the 1992 Regulations for which provision has recently been made by the amendment of the 1992 Regulations by the Non-automatic Weighing Machines and Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (“the 1995 Regulations”).",
