Regulation 2

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993^f1 are hereby amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph 1(a) of Schedules 2, 3, 5 and 6, for “£47.00”, substitute “£53.00”;

(b)

in paragraph 1(b)(iii) of Schedules 5 and 6, for “£48.00”, substitute “£56.00”; and

(c)

for Schedule 4 (fees for designation of approved bodies), substitute the new Schedule 4 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
