Laid before Parliament 11th March 1996
Coming into force 8th April 1996
The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, with consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
