# The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 2


The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993 are hereby amended as follows—
(a) in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 2, for “£58.00” substitute “£63.00”;
(b) in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 3, for “£60.00” substitute “£63.00”, for “£58.00” substitute “£63.00” and for “£11.50” substitute “£15.00”;
(c) in paragraph 1(a) of Schedules 5 and 6, for “£60.00” substitute “£63.00” and for “£58.00” substitute “£63.00”;
(d) in paragraph 1(b) of Schedules 5 and 6, for “£11.50” substitute “£15.00” and for “£58.50” substitute “£60.00”.
