  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/1177) (the principal Regulations) to provide for an increase in the fees in respect of services provided by the Department of Trade and Industry in relation to the type approval and testing of measuring instruments. The hourly rate (as specified in paragraph 1(a) respectively in Schedules 2, 3, 5 and 6 to the principal Regulations) for these services is increased from £65 to £70 (an increase of £5) and is the first increase since 1st June 1998 (when the principal Regulations came into force).",
