  "text": "FEES AND CHARGES\nMade 8th March 2000\nLaid before Parliament 10th March 2000\nComing into force 1st April 2000\nThe Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
