# The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 4: Consequential revocations


The following regulations are revoked—
(a) regulation 2 of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008; and
(b) regulation 2(6)(b)(i) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
