Regulation 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st August 1988.

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Initial Verification Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1982^f1, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Initial Verification Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1985^f2, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Initial Verification Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987^f3 and the Measuring Instruments (EEC Pattern Approval Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1987^f4 are hereby revoked.
