# The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and revocation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 9th April 1993.
(2) The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1988, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991, the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and the Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1992 are hereby revoked.
