Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st June 1998.

The Measuring Instruments (EC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1993^f1, the Measuring Instruments (EC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1995^f2, the Measuring Instruments (EC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996^f3 and the Measuring Instruments (EC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1997^f4 are hereby revoked.
