  "text": "The fees payable in connection with the services provided by the Department of Trade and Industry relating to the designation of approved bodies pursuant to regulation 9 of the 1995 principal Regulations shall be determined and payable in accordance with Schedule 4 to these Regulations, whether the body is designated or not.",
