Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Gas Volume Meters) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 11th March 1996.

In these Regulations, “the 1988 Regulations” means the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988^f1 as applied to gas volume meters by the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Gas Volume Meters) Regulations 1988.^f2
