# The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Gas Volume Meters) Regulations 1988, Paragraph 9


In paragraph 5(7) of Schedule 1, after the word “person”, there shall be inserted the words “or, where the instrument in question is an instrument to which the Directive on gas volume meters applies, the office of the meter examiner,”.
