# The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988 (revoked), Regulation 15A: Conditions in EEC pattern approvals requiring notice of place of installation: effect after EU exit

Extent: E+W+S

(1) This regulation applies where an EEC pattern approval granted before IP completion day is subject to a condition requiring notice of the place of installation to be given to the competent authorities of member States in which instruments of the pattern in question are to be installed.
(2) For the purposes of these Regulations the condition is to be treated as including a requirement for such notice to be given to the Secretary of State if any such instrument is to be installed in the United Kingdom.
