(1) In the following provisions omit “other than the United Kingdom”—
(a) regulation 10;
(b) regulation 12(1) and (2);
(c) regulation 13(8);
(d) regulation 17(1) and (5);
(e) regulation 18;
(f) regulation 19(1) and (2);
(g) regulation 20(1)(a) and (3);
(h) regulation 21(5);
