  "text": "(1) The essential requirements in relation to taximeters are—\n(a) the requirements of Annex 1 of the Directive; and\n(b) the specific requirements in Annex IX.\n(2) The conformity assessment procedures specified in the modules in Annex II to the Directive applicable to taximeters are—\n(a) B and F;\n(b) B and D; or\n(c) H1.",
