  "text": "(1) If upon inspection of any carcase the inspector is satisfied that the animal was suffering from any of the following diseases or conditions, he shall regard the whole carcase and all the offal and blood removed or collected therefrom as being unfit for human consumption—\nActinobacillosis (generalised) or actinomycosis (generalised)\nAnaemia (advanced)\nAnthrax\nBlackleg\nBruising (extensive and severe)\nCaseous lymphadenitis with emaciation\nCaseous lymphadenitis (generalised)\nCysticercus bovis (generalised)\nCysticercus cellulosae\nCysticercus ovis (generalised)\nDecomposition (generalised)\nEmaciation (pathological)\nFever\nFoot and mouth disease\nGlanders\nJaundice\nMalignant catarrhal fever\nMastitis (acute septic)\nMelanosis (generalised)\nMetritis (acute septic)\nAbnormal odour associated with disease or other conditions prejudicial to health\nOedema (generalised)\nPericarditis (acute septic)\nPeritonitis (acute diffuse septic)\nPleurisy (acute diffuse septic)\nPneumonia (acute septic)\nPyaemia (including joint-ill)\nSarcocysts (generalised)\nSepticaemia or toxaemia\nSwine erysipelas (acute)\nSwine fever\nTetanus\nTrichinosis\nTuberculosis (generalised)\nTuberculosis with emaciation\nTumours\n(a) malignant with secondary growths\n(b) multiple\nUraemia.\n(2) The inspector shall regard as unfit for human consumption any stillborn or unborn carcase and any immature carcase which is oedematous or in poor physical condition, together with any offal or blood removed or collected therefrom.",
