  "text": "Where the inspector is satisfied that a part of a carcase or any offal is affected by a slight localised infestation by a parasite not transmissible to man, he may at his discretion regard as unfit for human consumption the part of the carcase or offal so affected together with the tissue immediately surrounding it.",
