# The Meat Inspection Regulations 1987, Paragraph 2


(1) In the case of a soliped or bovine animal other than a calf, the mark shall be impressed on each quarter of the carcase.
(2) In the case of any other animal, the mark shall be impressd on each side of the carcase.
