Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations—

(a)

may be cited as the Meat Preparations (Amendment and Transitory Modification) (England) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021;

(b)

come into force on 29th September 2021; and

(c)

apply in relation to England only.
