  "text": "(1) Section 368E (harmful material) is amended as follows.\n(2) Before subsection (3)(za) insert—\n“(zza) material the inclusion of which in an on-demand programme service would be an offence under section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006 (encouragement of terrorism),”.\n(3) In subsection (3)(za)—\n(a) for “would be conduct” substitute “is conduct of a kind that, immediately before IP completion day, would have been”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (i).",
