  "text": "(1) Section 229 (report in anticipation of new licensing round) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), for “the purposes of public service television broadcasting in the United Kingdom” substitute “the public service remit for television in the United Kingdom”.\n(3) In subsection (6), in the definition of “relevant licence”—\n(a) after paragraph (a) insert “or”;\n(b) omit paragraph (c) and the “or” before it.",
