  "text": "(1) Section 362 (interpretation of Part 3) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), at the appropriate place insert—\n““audiovisual content”, in relation to a relevant audiovisual service, has the meaning given by section 264;”;\n““qualifying audiovisual content” has the meaning given by section 278B (and references to making available qualifying audiovisual content are to be construed in accordance with that section);”;\n““qualifying audiovisual service” has the meaning given by section 278B;”;\n““relevant audiovisual service” has the meaning given by section 264;”.\n(3) In subsection (1), omit the definitions of—\n“analogue teletext service”;\n“the digital public teletext service”;\n“the public teletext provider”;\n“the public teletext service”.\n(4) In subsection (2), omit paragraph (b) (public teletext service).",
