# Media Act 2024, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 400 (destination of fees and penalties), in subsection (1), after paragraph (h) insert—
“(ha) an amount paid to OFCOM in respect of a penalty imposed by them under Part 3A of this Act;”.
