# Media Act 2024, Paragraph 4


(1) Section 60 (advertising on S4C) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (4) and (5), for “The Welsh Authority” substitute “S4C”.
(3) In subsection (4)(a), after “on S4C” insert “Digital”.
(4) In subsection (4)(a) and (aa), after “of S4C” insert “Digital”.
