# Media Act 2024, Paragraph 42


(1) Section 341 (imposition of penalties) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1), (2) and (4), and in the heading, for “the Welsh Authority” substitute “S4C”.
(3) In subsection (2), for “the Authority” substitute “S4C”.
