# Media Act 2024, Paragraph 63


(1) Paragraph 16 (directions with respect to advertising) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1), for “the Welsh Authority” substitute “S4C”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (2)(d), omit “S4C or”.
