# Media Act 2024, Paragraph 7


(1) Section 63 (government control over S4C) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4), for “the Welsh Authority” substitute “S4C”.
(3) In subsections (1), (3) and (4), for “the Authority” substitute “S4C”.
