Section 368R (interpretation of Part 4A) is amended as follows.
In subsection (1), in the definition of “children’s programme”, in paragraph (a), after “an on-demand programme service” insert “or a non-UK on-demand programme service that is a Tier 1 service”.
In subsection (2), after “an on-demand programme service” insert “or a non-UK on-demand programme service that is a Tier 1 service”.
In subsection (3), after “an on-demand programme service” insert “or a non-UK on-demand programme service that is a Tier 1 service”.
In subsection (5), after “an on-demand programme service” insert “or a non-UK on-demand programme service”.
