  "text": "In section 42 (preliminary proceedings as to professional misconduct and unfitness to practise) for subsections (3) to (8) there shall be substituted—\n“(3) If the Committee decide that a case ought to be referred for inquiry by the Professional Conduct Committee or the Health Committee—\n(a) they shall give a direction designating the Committee which is to inquire into the case; and\n(b) the Registrar shall serve a notification of the decision of the Preliminary Proceedings Committee on the person whose case has been so referred.”.",
