# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 12: Amendment of section 43


In section 43 (proceedings before the Professional Conduct, Assessment Referral, Professional Performance, Health and Preliminary Proceedings Committees), after “before” there shall be inserted “the Interim Orders Committee,”.
