# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 14: Pottery (Health and Welfare) Special Regulations 1950


In regulation 2(2) of the Pottery (Health and Welfare) Special Regulations 1950 (interpretation), in the definition of “appointed doctor” after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
