# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 17: Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974


In article 2(1) of the Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974 (interpretation), in the definition of “registered medical practitioner” at the end add “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
