# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 2: Human Tissue Act 1961 (c. 54)


In section 2 of the Human Tissue Act 1961 (post-mortem examinations) after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
