# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 24: Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes Regulations 1984


In regulation 2(1) of the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes Regulations 1984 (interpretation), in the definition of “medical practitioner”, after “Medical Act 1983” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
