# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 28: Abortion Regulations 1991


In regulation 5 of the Abortion Regulations 1991 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (h), for “there has been serious professional misconduct by a practitioner” substitute “ the fitness to practise of the practitioner is impaired ”.
