# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 34: Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995


In Article 2(2) of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (interpretation), in the definition of “medical practitioner” after “Medical Act 1983” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
